Clearity turns the volume down without muffling the music. Each part of the earplug has one job:

  • Filter: sits in the channel and lowers sound evenly across lows, mids and highs. Vocals, bass and conversation stay clear, just quieter.

Yeah they're okay. I wear them inside of my Vic firth isolation cans at rehearsal so I have yet to use them in a live show. Love the ear plugs. They work great. I do have an issue with the connector cord, because they change the fit of the earplugs. They don't fit as well. Plus the cord has to be removed to place the earplugs back in the case. I'm expecting the cord to break after manipulating them on and off so much. I'd like to be able to store them with the cord on; especially since I have the lanyard to hand around my neck. I bought 3 sets and I wish it came with more than 1 lanyard.
